Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payment options will be added soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order is sent for processing and cannot be changed.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
No, we only offer full payment on delivery at the moment.
Is my payment information secure?
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, no online payment information is collected or stored.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Lahore takes 2–3 days. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 6000.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Currently, we only deliver within Lahore. We will expand to other cities soon.
How can I track my order?
You will receive updates via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. Our team may contact you for delivery confirmation.
What if my package is lost?
If your order does not arrive within the expected time, contact us and we will assist you immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. However, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is in the same condition as delivered.
How do I exchange an item?
Contact our support team within 7 days. Exchanges are allowed only if the product is unused and in delivered condition.
Can I exchange sale items?
Yes, sale items can be exchanged within 7 days unless marked as “Final Sale”. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once we receive the product back, your exchange pair will be processed within 2–3 business days.

What kind of shoes do you sell?
We sell 100% original, Re-loved (used) branded shoes. Since these are pre-owned, minor wear and cosmetic imperfections may be present.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product listing includes sizing details. We recommend comparing the measurements with your current shoes to ensure a good fit.
Are all products authentic?
Yes! All shoes are inspected and verified to be 100% original.
Are product images accurate?
Yes, images shown are of the actual product you will receive. As these are used shoes, condition may vary slightly from pair to pair.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order directly through WhatsApp or our website without creating an account.
How do I reset my password?
If you created an account and forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
How is my personal information protected?
We only collect essential details such as your name, address, and phone number for delivery. We do not store sensitive or payment data.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
